How do I submit my photo?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please click reply and attach your photo file.
How do I submit my custom lettering?
When you submit your photo using the above instructions, please include any custom lettering you have purchased. There is a maximum of 4 lines per text and 16 characters per line. Please be sure to separate your text onto separate lines, in the email, as you would like it on the blanket.
How do I save my photo?
Scan original using 300 dpi. and in grayscale. Save file as .jpg with minimal compression. OR send downloaded photo from your computer Any photo, color or B&W not larger than 81/2 x 11 size, and we will format it for you.
Can my photo be cropped?
Yes, when required or requested we will crop to focus on the main subject so you receive the best possible product.
What is the maximum number of images I can have in my Photo?
The rule of thumb for this is 1 or 2 images for a pillow, up to 3 images for a 30 x 40 blanket and up to 5-6 for the 40 x 60 blanket. While photos that exceed the recommendations can be made, the reproduction quality diminishes with each additional image and these orders will be made at the buyers risk.
Can I print the picture and then mail it to you?
Printouts do not produce quality results. It would be best to upload the image using the web site or mail the original photograph. (send a self addressed stamped envelope and it will be returned promptly).
How do I choose the best photo?
The best results come from a photo that is clear and has good contrast. Your product is as good as the photo you choose.
Is it true that the image will never fade?
The image will not fade or wash off or shrink in size. The image is not printed or heat transferred. It is knitted using a cotton type yarn called Amilux.
How do I care for my Blanket or pillow?
Simply Machine wash in cold water. Air or tumble dry, gentle cycle.
Do not ever use bleach.
Can I add personalized text to my item?
Yes, we can add text. In most cases it is an extra charge per letter.
How do I pay for my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?
10-14 business days from the day the order is processed (a little longer over the holidays, so order early!)
How much is the shipping cost?
There is a $7.95 per ITEM shipping charge. Multiple orders may not be shipped out on the same day so there is always a separate shipping charge per order. We only ship UPS ground within the continental US.
What if I have multiple orders at one time, does a discount apply?

What is your return policy?
We take great pride in the production of each order. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect in your item, just call or e-mail us within 7 days of receiving it, we will instruct you on returning it, and we will remake it at no charge.
